What are the characterizes of the X, Y, Z and Alpha generations?

The Veteran generation is worth mentioning. They are the ones who don't understand the world any longer. They were brought up along a parental and social pattern but such patterns cannot be found anywhere today. Their life was determined by socilaism and family traumas caused by the world war. For them jobs lasting till retirement weren't rare. It wasn't rare if someone got retired from a workplace where he/she started working after school. Management of companies was not supposed to be criticized. They were happy to have a job where they could make money and forget all the tragedies they had had before. This generation didn't long for anything else but serenity, peace and harmony in the family.

The X generation can be called children with a key, they are the children who are left alone a bit. The conscious, rebbelious X generation wanted something different from their parents' tension stricken life. They saw families falling apart because of work and money, and uncertain parents who could rarely reach success so they opted for the opposite direction. They felt they key to reach success was knowledge, connections, fast reaction. Foreign language skills, practical attitude and a more flexible attitude to workload played an important role in building career, being recognized. This generation is selfconscious, rebellious. They find bonding and lasting relationships vital in life, they are a bit introvert. Nothing can be taken for granted, especially jobs while they feel they are doing their best all the time. Their situation is not eased by their parents constant questions about their job, family, child(ren). If they have, that's why, if they don't have, that's why. At the time of X generation's parents mothers didn't use to be successful businesswomen or women pursuing high career, hence this generation didn't have a pattern for it. They started to lock up resulting in a different kind of opening up. They began to deal with themselves, the sense of life, finding themselves. They became introspective. This accelerated the change of the following generations.

Human relationships do matter for the Y generation, they youngest ones tend to be loyal, they bound to their workplace as well as to personal relationships. Team spirit is vital for them. 70% of them change workplace after a year. They may be pathfinders. This generation don't want to get settled spending decades at the same place.

The age group 18-24 includes approximately 850.000 young adults, three quarter of them don't attend any educational institutions, so they are supposed to be on the labour market. Some of them establish an own company and react to opportunities quickly. Within 1 year they take control over he market.

The term Z generation refers to those who were born after 1991 (2010): accessing information quickly is vital for them, they are the negative members of the virtual community.

Based on all these we can conclude that their conflict management skills are imperfect, most of them feature anger management difficulties and tendency towards agression whereas chances for feeling lonely-anxiety.- depressions on the rise among them. This generation poses the same question first wherever they appear: is there wi-fi here!?

Alfa generation: the digital generation (from 2010 on) can they be looted or creators? They are called the 'Supernow' pr 'virtual children'.
They will possess limited human relationship resulting in mush less speach. They will be highly educated and well prepared. They won't appreciate memory too much as digital devices will be responsible for that. They will not concentrate on anything too long, why to do so if there is something that can store data and information.
